We send our weekly newsletter RetailActueel digitally with e-Zine Composer by KVSA Webservices, to our satisfaction. We're actually so satisfied that we are going to outsource a large part of the operation around our newsletter (with 10.000 subscribers a week) to KVSA Webservices by using the e-Zine Composer De Luxe service. Very useful, because that relieve us a great deal. We will continue to be responsible for the content, but KVSA Webservices will take care of the rest. This way we can continue to build a strong relationship with our customers.

We've been using the KVSA Webservices applications for our websites and newsletter since 2007. We started as a test with the website of MKB-Velsen. Since this was a great success we've also moved the websites of MKB-Haarlem, MKB Haarlemmermeer-Schiphol and MKB-IJmond to KVSA Webservices. Why have we made this choice? Because building and maintaining a website using KVSA is fast and easy. The helpdesk is always there for you even if they are flooded with questions all day. On the other hand it's also fun to create a website and look back on your own creations.

HOV IJmond has been a satisfied customer of the services by KVSA for years. When KVSA Webservices launched e-Clubs, an easy solution to optimize our communication, we we're immediately enthusiastic. We've been using e-Clubs since it's launch for our member management. Besides that e-Clubs is the CMS for our website; news items can be added easily through the website. For communication with our members we use the newsletter module. This module is an efficient way to communicate with our members. e-Clubs is pleasant and easy to work with, but if we have any questions the helpdesk is always there to help us out. e-Clubs saves us a lot of time but also a lot of money!
