Functionality
e-Zine Composer consists of several modules that allow you to easily create, design
and send your electronic newsletters.
The modules offer the following functionality:
File management
Upload the logos, photos, banners and files you want to use in your electronic newsletters.
Define your own folders to archive these files in a structured manner.
Newsletters
Create and maintain your template, ensuring your branding.
Design your newsletters and save them to send the out.
Send the newsletters in 6 easy steps
- 1. What do you want to send
- 2. Select the appropriate newsletter
- 3. Enter the subject and optionally add attachments
- 4. Select one or more mailing lists
- 5. Set up the tracking
- 6. Send your newsletter (you can also preview/send a test)
Mailing lists
Create an unlimited number of mailing lists. Seperate subscribers can be added to
multiple lists at the same time. You manage your own mailing lists and subscribers.
You can also use the subscription service functionality if needed.
History
The newsletters you've sent out in the past are displayed in an orginazed fashion.
This way you can always look into your sent items. You can see when and to how many
subscribers your newsletter has been sent.
Subscription service
The subscription service connects an automatic opt-in/opt-out to a mailing list.
e-Zine Composer will supply you with your personal subscription form to be integrated into
your website. This form is fully customizable.
e-Zine Composer will supply the option to unsubsribe below every sent newsletter. When a recipient
unsubscribes the appropriate mailing lists are automatically updated.
